Consolidated appeal from the N.D. Cal. cases against Huawei, ZTE, Samsung, LG, and Nintendo. The Federal Circuit affirmed in part and vacated in part the district court's claim construction, upholding prosecution-history disclaimer requiring an oscillator whose frequency is not fixed by any external crystal, but rejecting the requirement that the oscillator not require a control signal; remanded.
