Every attorney or firm recorded with USPTO when an assignment was filed on a tracked US patent. The correspondent is the most useful tell when assignee LLCs look anonymous — shell chains commonly share one repeat-player attorney even when the LLC names are designed to look unrelated. Mailing addresses where two or more distinct correspondents appear. Could mean a shared firm, shared office building, or registered-agent service. When distinct attorney names cluster at one address AND those attorneys file for ostensibly-unrelated LLCs, that’s the fingerprint of a centrally-operated assertion campaign.
