Demand letter analyzer

You got a patent demand letter. Now what?

Paste the full text of the letter below. The analyzer extracts the asserted patents, the demand, deadlines, and sender details — verifies each patent against Google Patents — then runs an LLM with web-search grounding to produce a detailed analysis plus a sample response letter. The whole run takes 2-3 minutes.

Not legal advice. This tool produces an AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Before responding to or acting on any patent demand letter, consult a licensed patent attorney.
Min 80 characters, max 50,000. The text is stored privately and is not indexed by search engines.

What does the analyzer do?

1. Extract. Parse the asserted patents, parties, demand, deadline, threats, and any cited cases out of the letter.

2. Verify.Check each asserted patent against Google Patents. Patents that don’t verify are flagged. New patents get added to the public registry on this site.

3. Analyze. Walk through the asserted claims in plain language, evaluate the infringement theory, identify validity vulnerabilities (prior art, § 101, § 112), and read the procedural posture and settlement leverage.

4. Draft a response. Generate a firm-but-courteous response letter that reserves rights, demands a claim chart, and creates space for your attorney to take it from there.
