Hewlett-Packard filed a Section 337 complaint at the ITC against Microjet and several inkjet cartridge resellers, alleging infringement of six patents including US 4,635,073. The ALJ initially found no infringement of the '073 patent, but the Commission reversed in part, found claim 4 infringed, found a Section 337 violation, and issued a limited exclusion order against Microjet and cease-and-desist orders against Price-Less and ABCCo.net. The investigation was terminated in 2002.
