Context. In late August 2026 the parties announced a global settlement: Ascendis pays BioMarin royalties of 20% of U.S. net sales and 18% of EU, Brazil and South Korean net sales of YUVIWEL through May 2030; BioMarin drops the ITC investigation, and remaining actions in California, Brazil, Denmark, Germany and South Korea are resolved.
