TTE Technology, Inc. (d/b/a TCL North America) is a Delaware corporation with its principal U.S. office at 189 Technology Drive, Irvine, California; earlier filings list a North American facility in Corona, California. It is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Hong Kong–listed TCL Electronics Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1070), part of the wider TCL group. The TTE name traces to the 2004 TCL–Thomson television joint venture (TTE Corporation, Shenzhen). A TCL affiliate disclosure lists TTE's issued capital at roughly US$129 million and its business scope as "trading of TV products and components." Verified employee count was not located.
Operations. TTE is the group's North American TV sales, marketing and support arm rather than a manufacturer. It sells and distributes TCL-brand TVs and smart TVs in the U.S. and provides sales, marketing, technical/regulatory, supply-chain and after-sales support to U.S. retailers and consumers. Historically it also manufactured and sold RCA-branded televisions under license from late 2004 until about April 2010; those units are long out of warranty.
