Robert Thomas Haslam, III

Robert Thomas Haslam, III is a Senior Counsel in the Silicon Valley office of Covington & Burling LLP, specializing in patent and trade secret litigation. His practice primarily focuses on high-technology disputes, encompassing a broad range of technical areas including semiconductor products and processes, cryptography, GPS and cellular technology, electronic circuits, microprocessors and software products, and medical devices and other life science products.

Haslam's litigation experience demonstrates versatility in representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has appeared as counsel for plaintiffs in four tracked cases and for defendants in two, indicating a balanced approach to patent enforcement and defense.
