Robert G. Pluta

Robert G. Pluta is a seasoned patent litigation attorney and a Partner at Mayer Brown, based in Chicago. His practice is exclusively devoted to intellectual property litigation and appeals, with a strong emphasis on patent disputes in U.S. District Courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and Federal Circuit appeals. Pluta's technological expertise spans a wide array of areas, including mobile devices, semiconductors, LCD panels, telecommunications, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

Pluta demonstrates a balanced approach to patent litigation, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
