Peter Lambrianakos

Peter Lambrianakos is a managing partner and trial lawyer at Fabricant Rubino Lambrianakos LLP, focusing his practice on patent infringement litigation in federal courts, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the International Trade Commission (ITC). His technical background in computer science and engineering allows him to handle complex technologies, including semiconductors, smartphones, software, acoustics, mobile payments, LED displays, wireless communications, and automotive systems.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lambrianakos has represented both patent owners and defendants. His practice shows a strong emphasis on asserting patents for innovators, often securing significant recoveries against major technology companies. Notable plaintiff-side engagements include cases for Light Guide Innovations LLC, Advanced Coding Technologies LLC, Avant Location Technologies LLC, and Longhorn Automotive Group LLC, spanning technologies from video codecs to location-aware wireless communication and automotive systems. He is recognized for his success in defending patents at the PTAB, including successfully defending Singular Computing's patents, which contributed to a favorable settlement in a district court case seeking $1.6 billion in damages. He also defended 70 IPR petitions against noise cancellation technology patents without losing any claims and defeated over 20 IPR petitions challenging audio/video device integration patents.

Prior to the firm's rebranding in March 2026, he was a partner at Fabricant LLP, which he co-founded in 2020 after practicing at Brown Rudnick. Mr. Lambrianakos earned his B.S.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and his J.D. from Fordham University in 1996. He is admitted to practice in New York.
