Before his tenure at the USPTO, he practiced intellectual property litigation at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor.
Mr. Squire earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1995, an M.B.A. with high honors from Wilmington College in 1999, and his J.D. cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and New Jersey.
