He has also represented Maxell in patent enforcement actions against other major companies like TCL, VIZIO, Hisense, Apple, ZTE, and Huawei. Mr. Levy earned his B.A. from Kenyon College and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a Managing Editor of the Nevada Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Procter Hug, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
