Karen E. Keller

Karen E. Keller is a seasoned patent litigation attorney and a co-founder and managing partner at Shaw Keller LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Admitted to practice in Delaware since 2004, she earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003, following an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Penn State. Her practice primarily focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation, with extensive experience trying cases in federal and state courts across the country.

Ms. Keller's technological expertise spans a broad range, encompassing agricultural chemicals, human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, biotechnology products, high-performance liquid chromatography, and networking technologies. Her work also extends to mechanical engineering, manufacturing, transportation, e-commerce, design, semiconductors, optics, and software/hardware and medical devices.
