Mr. Kimble is a Principal at Nelson Bumgardner Conroy PC. Prior to joining his current firm, he was a founding partner of Bragalone Conroy, PC, and also a partner with Shore Chan Bragalone DePumpo, LLP. He possesses significant experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), having served as lead counsel for both petitioners and patent owners in over 100 inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. His PTAB experience includes representing patent owners like Palisade Technologies LLP and Bishop Display Tech LLC.
