His experience includes acting as petitioner counsel in Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, such as Volex PLC v. Credo Technology Group Ltd. (IPR2025-01385 and IPR2025-01386), which involved patents related to high-speed serial links and was terminated by settlement.
