David Ellis Moore

David Ellis Moore is a commercial litigator and intellectual property attorney at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where he primarily serves as local counsel in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He focuses his practice on patent infringement, trade secret litigation, and other complex commercial disputes, advising clients on Delaware procedures and court practices. His experience spans various technology sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, and general technology and manufacturing.

Moore demonstrates experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent litigation. Notable cases include his representation of Guardant Health, Inc. as plaintiff in a patent infringement suit against Tempus AI, Inc., involving liquid biopsy technology for cancer detection.
