Products / operations. Neurent develops and sells the NEUROMARK® System, a minimally invasive, impedance-controlled radiofrequency (RF) ablation device indicated for use in ENT surgery to disrupt posterior nasal nerves in patients with chronic rhinitis. The system comprises a single-use, handheld bipolar RF device and a reusable console; it received FDA 510(k) clearance in 2021, with a next-generation version cleared in June 2025. The company is pursuing broader chronic inflammatory sinonasal indications.
Patent-litigation posture. Neurent is an operating company, not an NPE. Its six tracked cases split evenly (3 plaintiff, 3 defendant), reflecting an active two-way dispute with competitor Aerin Medical rather than one-sided assertion. Neurent is defendant in Aerin Medical Inc. et al. v. Neurent Medical Inc. et al. (D.
