Fantasia Trading, LLC (d/b/a AnkerDirect)

Fantasia Trading LLC (doing business as AnkerDirect) is the U.S. sales and import arm of the Anker consumer-electronics group. Its registered address is 5350 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Suite 100, Ontario, California. FCC filings and CPSC recall notices identify Fantasia as the designated U.S. agent for service and importer of record for products of Anker Innovations Limited (Hong Kong), which in turn sits under China-listed parent Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen ChiNext: 300866.SZ; HKEX: 0668.HK), founded 2011 and headquartered in Changsha, Hunan. The parent reports roughly 6,200–6,300 employees and RMB ~30.5 billion in 2025 revenue, with the overwhelming majority of sales outside China.

Operations. Fantasia markets and distributes Anker-branded consumer hardware in the U.S., including mobile charging products (chargers, power banks, cables), energy storage and portable power (AnkerSOLIX), smart home and security devices (eufy), audio (soundcore), and projectors (Nebula). The parent operates a fabless design-and-sales model; Fantasia acts as the U.S. importer/seller rather than a manufacturer itself.

Litigation posture. Fantasia is an operating company by posture: in our tracked data it appears as a defendant in 1 of 1 cases and never as a plaintiff, which is the classic profile of a product seller being sued rather than an entity asserting patents. It is not an NPE/PAE and holds no asserted portfolio in this dataset. Wider public dockets show Fantasia or its affiliates also named in other matters (e.g., CogniPower, Ministrap, an ITC earphone action), but those fall outside our tracked list.

Notable tracked case. Fundamental Innovation Systems International LLC v. Anker Innovations Ltd. et al. (D. Del. 1:21-cv-00339, filed 2021-03-05) names Fantasia and Anker Innovations Ltd. as defendants. The plaintiff is a licensing entity asserting USB charging-adapter patents originating with BlackBerry (U.S. 7,239,111; 8,624,550; 7,453,233; 6,936,936) against charging products. The suit was filed in the District of Delaware, not a plaintiff-friendly Texas venue. We make no assessment of the case's merits.
