Cellular Communications Equipment LLC (C.D. Cal. 8:20-cv-00702), TCT Mobile (US) Holdings Inc. directly owns more than 10% of TCT Mobile (US) Inc., which in turn sits under TCL Communication Technology Holdings Ltd. and, ultimately, TCL Corporation (now TCL Technology Group, Shenzhen-listed 000100). TCL Communication was HKSE-listed (2618.HK) until it was privatized by T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Ltd. and delisted on 30 September 2016. The U.S. operating arm, TCT Mobile (US) Inc., is based in Irvine, California, and dates its U.S. establishment to 2011 (D&B lists roughly 200 employees and about $656M annual revenue as third-party estimates that I could not confirm from a primary filing).

The related district-court case, however, shows it as a defendant: Fundamental Innovation Systems International LLC (FISI) sued TCT Mobile (US) Inc. and affiliates in D. Del. (No. 1:20-cv-00552, filed 2020), alongside parallel suits against Lenovo, Coolpad and Belkin.
Context. FISI is a Texas-based, Centerbridge Partners-backed NPE that acquired roughly 200 BlackBerry/RIM USB charging and power-management patents (the "Fischer" family).
