Micro Focus International plc, commonly known as Micro Focus, was a British multinational software and information technology business founded in 1976 and headquartered in Newbury, Berkshire, England. Prior to its acquisition, Micro Focus was a publicly traded company listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. In 2022, the company reported approximately 11,000 employees and around $2.7 billion in pro forma trailing twelve months revenue.
