Coretex Ltd. ("Coretex") is a New Zealand telematics company headquartered in Auckland, with additional offices in New York, San Diego, and Sydney. It was formed in 2015 through the merger of International Telematics Holdings Limited and Imarda Pty Ltd (constituent predecessor International Telematics dates to 2005). Coretex is not publicly traded: since December 1, 2021 it has been a wholly owned subsidiary of EROAD Limited (NZX/ASX: ERD), which acquired 100% of its shares for NZ$157.7 million upfront plus up to NZ$30.6 million in contingent consideration (total reported near NZ$188 million).
