Code200, UAB — Company Profile
Overview. Code200, UAB (styled "code200, UAB") is a private Lithuanian limited liability company registered in Vilnius (Švitrigailos g. 32) on 19 November 2018; registration code 304950857. It is a group affiliate rather than a standalone business: court filings state that Code200, Metacluster LT, Oxysales and Teso LT are all owned by Coretech (UAB coretech lt), the structure behind the Oxylabs web-data business. Lithuanian registry aggregators list 6 insured employees and 2025 sales of roughly €22.3 million with net profit of about €1.29 million. The Oxylabs brand itself reports 201–500 employees (some trackers ~480–500) at the same Vilnius address.
Operations. Code200 is an operating infrastructure entity, not a shell. Oxylabs' own filings describe Code200 as the provider of the group's data center proxy network, with affiliate Oxysales handling sales support for that product and Metacluster's Real-Time Crawler service. The accused services are "large-scale web data extraction" offerings: a data center proxy pool marketed at 2M+ IPs with city-level targeting, plus residential proxies, ISP proxies, Scraper APIs and web-unblocking tools used for market research, ad verification, pricing and SEO monitoring. Oxylabs has been part of the Tesonet company-building group and in 2026 took its first outside investment (€113.6M from Warburg Pincus at a €3.1B valuation).
Litigation posture. Our tracked data shows a single case: Code200, UAB et al. v. Luminati Networks Ltd., filed at the PTAB on 4 September 2020 — one plaintiff-side petition, zero defendant-side entries. That pattern reflects a group defending itself by challenging a competitor's patents rather than an NPE asserting an acquired portfolio. External context shows the same dispute also ran in the Eastern District of Texas, where Luminati/Bright Data sued Code200 and affiliates (2:19-cv-396), a plaintiff-friendly venue.
Notable cases. IPR2020-01506 (U.S. 10,469,614) was filed jointly with Teso LT, Metacluster and Oxysales, one of at least five IPRs those entities filed against Luminati/Bright Data proxy patents from July 2020 onward. Related proceedings (e.g. IPR2022-00103, U.S. 11,044,342) ended with the Federal Circuit affirming unpatentability.
