Yasmeen Moradshahi

Yasmeen Moradshahi is a patent litigation attorney at Brooks Kushman, focusing her practice on electrical and mechanical engineering, particularly within the automotive sector. Her technical background includes prior experience at a major automotive company, where she contributed to various engineering and intellectual property departments. Moradshahi's work frequently involves complex technical infringement and validity analyses, expert witness preparation, and drafting dispositive motions.

Moradshahi's litigation experience includes representing operating companies in patent disputes. Her tracked appearances show her working on the plaintiff side in district court and as a petitioner in post-grant proceedings. Notably, she is part of the team representing Ford Motor Company in patent challenges against AutoConnect Holdings LLC, involving patents related to infotainment systems.
