He is admitted to the Ohio Bar and practices in numerous federal district and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Capital University in 1990 and his J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1994.
