Stephanie DeBrow

Stephanie DeBrow is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on complex technology disputes, notably involving telecommunications, wireless technologies, data processing, and sensor-based systems. Her technical background in mechanical engineering underpins her work in diverse technology areas. In her tracked cases, Ms. DeBrow has experience representing both plaintiffs (petitioners in IPRs) and defendants (patent owners), demonstrating a balanced practice with a slight lean toward plaintiff-side representation in the observed filings.

Currently, Ms. DeBrow serves as an attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright US. She possesses extensive experience in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), with two out of three tracked cases involving Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings. Furthermore, Ms. DeBrow was involved in ComplementSoft, LLC, a case where the Federal Circuit criticized the PTAB for changing claim construction mid-proceeding, leading to a remand.
