Ryan F. Oliver

Ryan F. Oliver is an intellectual property litigator, currently an Associate at Fabricant Rubino Lambrianakos LLP (also known as Fabricant LLP or FRL). Before joining FRL, he was an associate at Baker McKenzie. His practice spans patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes, with a background in mechanical engineering that informs his work on complex technologies. His experience covers various phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, claim construction, and dispositive motion practice.

Mr. Oliver primarily represents patent holders, with four plaintiff-side appearances compared to three defendant-side appearances in tracked cases.
