Philip D. Segrest Jr.

Philip D. Segrest Jr. is an experienced patent litigator focusing significantly on pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Abbreviated New Drug Act (ANDA), particularly representing generic manufacturers. His practice also extends to a wide array of information and computer-related technologies, including data compression, e-commerce systems, and business methods, as well as general electrical, mechanical, and chemical technical arts. Segrest is adept at handling all phases of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret cases, supported by a technical background in physics and applied mathematics.
