HBCU Messaging US LP" (IPR2025-01493) and previously petitioning for a writ of certiorari following a Federal Circuit affirmance of a PTAB decision in a case involving his own patent application.

Mr. Shore earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 1990, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and various federal district and state courts in Texas and Arkansas.
