Lisa Phillips

Lisa Phillips is a highly experienced patent litigation attorney, currently serving as Counsel at Daignault Iyer LLP. Her practice encompasses a broad range of technologies, including computer software, mechanical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, medical device, biotechnology, and chemical patents. She also handles trademark and trade secret disputes. Phillips's firm, Daignault Iyer, specializes in patent monetization for owners and generic drug Hatch-Waxman litigation.

Phillips demonstrates a balanced litigation practice, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases. This includes appearing on the defendant side in cases such as Google LLC v. Accusearch Technologies LLC, which involved web services and search engine technology.
