Linhong Zhang

Linhong Zhang is an intellectual property litigator and Principal at Fish & Richardson, based in the firm's Washington, D.C., and Delaware offices. He focuses on developing and executing litigation strategies in complex, high-stakes, and multi-jurisdictional IP disputes across U.S. district courts, the Federal Circuit, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

He also successfully represented Adobe where a jury found Eolas Technologies' patents invalid, and Microsoft in a multi-patent declaratory judgment case that resulted in a favorable settlement after significant summary judgment wins. His experience also includes post-grant proceedings at the PTAB, such as representing petitioners SK Hynix and LG Chem in IPRs that settled favorably after institution.

Mr. Zhang earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007, where he was an Associate Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University (2004) and a B.S. in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Maryland (2002).
