Her work includes achieving a confidential settlement with Amazon after prevailing on significant summary judgment and Daubert motions in patent litigation concerning the Alexa voice assistant.

Her firm, Blue Peak Law Group, has deep experience with Post-Grant Proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including Inter Partes Review (IPR), Post-Grant Review (PGR), and Ex Parte Reexamination.
