Jon Bowser

Jonathan Bowser is a Partner and the Head of the Patent Office Trials Practice Group at Haynes Boone, focusing his practice on patent litigation disputes before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and federal district courts. His technical background informs his work on patent disputes primarily involving high-tech technologies, including electrical, computer, and networking cases. Bowser frequently represents patent challengers, also known as petitioners, in post-grant validity disputes such as inter partes reviews (IPRs) and ex parte reexaminations.
