Jenna Fuller

Jenna Fuller is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on complex technology, encompassing medical devices, electro-mechanical devices, and computer systems. Her technical background, including degrees in Applied Computer Science and Biology, underpins her work in these sophisticated areas. Fuller's case history primarily involves defending operating companies against allegations of patent infringement, with nine out of her ten tracked appearances being on the defendant side, though her firm's practice also includes representing patent owners.

Fuller is currently with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, a firm established in 2025 through the merger of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and Herbert Smith Freehills. During law school, she gained appellate experience as an extern for the Honorable Pauline Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
