Jeffrey H. Lerner

Jeffrey H. Lerner is a Vice Chair of Covington & Burling's Patent Litigation Group, specializing in complex patent disputes across various advanced technologies. His practice encompasses federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Lerner handles a broad array of technology areas, including pharmaceutical products, DNA technology, semiconductor devices, advanced materials, electronics, medical devices, and software.
