George Fishback Jr.

George Fishback Jr. is an Associate at McKool Smith, focusing his practice on patent and intellectual property-related litigation. Notably, Fishback was part of the McKool Smith team that secured a $192 million patent infringement verdict for Mojo Mobility against Samsung, which concerned wireless charging technology, leading to recognition as ALM's "Litigator of the Week" runners-up in September 2024.
