Frank Liu

Frank D. Liu is a patent litigation attorney at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP, specializing in a broad range of technology areas. His practice encompasses technologies such as digital audio and imaging systems, optical imaging systems, digital communications and networking systems, graphics processing hardware and software, dental software, and semiconductor design and fabrication.
