Elizabeth M. Chiaviello

Elizabeth M. Chiaviello is an intellectual property litigator at Nixon Peabody LLP, focusing her practice on patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes. She represents clients across a range of complex litigation matters, particularly within the technology and electronics industries. Her experience includes all stages of litigation, from discovery and motion practice to claim construction and trial preparation.
