Elizabeth Bernard

Elizabeth Bernard is a highly experienced patent litigation attorney and Partner at Daignault Iyer LLP, where she focuses on complex intellectual property disputes. Her practice primarily involves technologies related to networking, wireless communications, and software, including mesh networking architectures, SD-WAN solutions, Wi-Fi, and Forward Error Correction (FEC) technology. While she represents both plaintiffs and defendants, her case history shows a stronger inclination towards defending companies, with 8 of her 11 tracked appearances being on the defendant side.

Bernard’s professional background includes over two decades of experience in intellectual property litigation, having practiced at prominent firms including Kirkland & Ellis LLP before joining Daignault Iyer LLP.
