Don Hyun Min

Don Hyun Min is a patent litigation attorney serving as Counsel at Mayer Brown, where his practice encompasses a broad spectrum of intellectual property disputes and licensing matters. He focuses on multi-jurisdictional patent litigations across the US, Europe, China, and Japan, with a particular emphasis on technologies such as projectors, image processing, circuits, touch technology, organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), and thin-film transistors. His background includes leading the IP litigation and licensing team at LG Display Co., Ltd., a major LCD and OLED display manufacturer, which provides him with a unique insight into Asian corporate IP strategies.

Min represents operating companies, handling both the offensive and defensive aspects of U.S. patent litigation.
