Daniel Pearson

Daniel Pearson is a principal at Caldwell Cassady & Curry, focusing on complex commercial litigation and patent infringement disputes. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of technologies, including video conferencing, dating applications, electronic checking transfers, dynamically configurable computer processors, web server efficiency, secure communication links, data piracy, optics and lighting, ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) standards, mobile network communications, mercury emissions capture, and quantum dot technology.
