Craig A. Deutsch

Craig A. Deutsch is a principal at Fish & Richardson P.C., where his patent litigation practice is primarily focused on post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He is recognized as a leading practitioner in representing both patent owners and petitioners in these proceedings, having handled over 100 such cases. His work on behalf of petitioners aligns with his appearance in cases challenging patent validity, such as his representation of Apple Inc. as "Attorney for Petitioner" in Apple Inc. v. Resonant Systems Inc., where challenged claims were invalidated.

Mr. Deutsch possesses extensive technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical inventions.
