Christine D. Haynes

Christine D. Haynes is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on intellectual property, commercial, and fiduciary litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts. Her experience spans diverse technology areas, including streaming and networked content delivery technology in connected fitness devices, as well as flow cytometry and wavelength division multiplexing optical patents. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes.

Ms. Haynes is Counsel at Richards, Layton & Finger, having previously appeared as Local Counsel for Potter Anderson & Corroon. In DISH Technologies, LLC et al. v. iFIT Health & Fitness, Inc., she served as local counsel for the defendant, which resulted in a voluntary dismissal with prejudice by the plaintiffs, with no damages or injunctive relief awarded. She also represents the plaintiff in the ongoing case of Beckman Coulter, Inc. v. Cytek Biosciences, Inc., a patent infringement action concerning flow cytometers where motions for summary judgment have been filed.
