Bianca Rey

Bianca Rey is a patent litigation attorney primarily focused on representing plaintiffs in disputes concerning semiconductor and memory technologies. Her practice involves complex technical subject matter, including dynamic random access memory, flash memory, and integrated circuit processes, often involving advanced manufacturing techniques such as FinFET technology.

With 10 of her 11 tracked appearances on the plaintiff side, Ms. Rey primarily represents patent holders, including Non-Practicing Entities (NPEs) or Patent Assertion Entities (PAEs). She has successfully defended patent portfolios against challenges, with several Inter Partes Review (IPR) petitions filed against her clients being rejected or denied institution by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
