Arvind Jairam

Arvind Jairam is a senior counsel at McKool Smith with a practice focused on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings, particularly inter partes review (IPR) at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). His technical background is in electrical and computer engineering, computer science, and mathematical sciences, with professional engineering experience in signal processing for missile defense radars, artificial intelligence, and communication systems. This expertise is reflected in his litigation work, which involves technologies such as semiconductors.

Based on the tracked case list and publicly available PTAB documents, Jairam primarily represents patent owners. In Greenthread Ltd v. Monolithic Power Systems Inc, he represented the plaintiff, Greenthread, in a district court case concerning semiconductor patents.
