Alex Verbin Chachkes

Alex Verbin Chachkes is a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience in complex intellectual property matters, primarily focusing on patent actions. His technical expertise spans diverse fields including software, networking, semiconductors, electronics, communications, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, microprocessors, mobile devices, SaaS, apps, gaming hardware, and agricultural technology.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chachkes has maintained a balanced practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. While his tracked appearances show a slightly higher count on the defendant side (5 defendant, 4 plaintiff), his firm's profile indicates representation of Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Nintendo, LG, Samsung, DISH Network, and NEC, alongside mid-cap companies, startups, and early-stage entities.
