Realtek Semiconductor Corp. (referred to as "Realtek"; Chinese: 瑞昱半導體股份有限公司) is a Taiwan-based fabless IC design company founded October 21, 1987, and headquartered at No. 2, Innovation Road II, Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. It is publicly listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under ticker 2379 (ISIN TW0002379005) and is not a subsidiary of any larger group. Reported headcount has ranged from roughly 4,200–7,900 depending on source and year; recent figures put consolidated revenue around NT$113.4 billion (2024, ~US$3.9B) with roughly 5,100–7,400 employees. It is consistently described as one of the world's largest fabless IC design houses.

Products / operations. Realtek designs and sells application-specific ICs (it fabless-outsources manufacturing and packaging).
