Padcom sued NetMotion Wireless and Database Solutions for patent infringement in the District of Delaware. The asserted patents were US 6,418,324 and US 6,198,920 at filing, with US 6,826,405 added by amended complaint. After the court denied summary judgment of invalidity, a jury found the patents valid and infringed on March 28, 2006, and stipulated final judgment was entered for Padcom on July 12, 2006.
