AlmondNet asserted U.S. Patent 10,026,100 and other patents against Oath Holdings Inc. (Yahoo!) in the District of Delaware. The docket was closed after Verizon settled the litigation and Oath obtained a license to the AlmondNet Group patent portfolio; no merits ruling on the '100 patent was noted.
AlmondNet and Intent IQ sued Microsoft and Xandr in W.D. Tex., asserting ten patents including U.S. 9,830,615, with claims 9-12 asserted against Microsoft.
