Realtime asserted the '535 patent against DISH/Sling/EchoStar/Arris. Realtime withdrew its '535 claims on Jan. 12, 2021 after the PTAB invalidated claims 1–14. The case continued on the '610 patent; SJ of invalidity was affirmed, a fee award was vacated and remanded, and a later appeal was dismissed.
