Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC d/b/a IntelliShift — IntelliShift is a privately held fleet-management technology company headquartered in Commack, New York (152 Veterans Memorial Highway). It was founded in 2002 by John M. Cunningham Jr. and Karen Cunningham as Vehicle Tracking Solutions and later rebranded. It is private equity-backed, having raised roughly $70M in a 2021 round led by LLR Partners.
