Nulab, Inc. (株式会社ヌーラボ / "Nulab") — Japanese cloud software vendor. Founded March 2004 in Fukuoka by three programmers (company incorporated June 2006); headquarters at HCC Building, 1-8-6 Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, with domestic offices in Tokyo and Kyoto.   • Nulab Pass — SSO/ID management and security-governance add-on across its products.

It asserted two acquired patents covering gathering/storing personal information and preferences and granting users access rights — technology it applied broadly to online collaboration and project-management software. In 2023 it filed a cluster of parallel infringement suits in the District of Delaware against similar vendors, including Accelo, Hive Technology, LiquidPlanner, RealtimeBoard (Miro) and TaskWorld, indicating that Nulab's Backlog/Cacoo-style collaboration products were the target class, not any Nulab-acquired patent portfolio.
